Guest Suite · Hotel services page

Sell extras online.

Your hotel gets one page where guests order upgrades, spa and transfers, and ask for early check-in. Use it to earn on services you already offer but rarely manage to sell at a busy front desk.

Setup

Simple setup.

Add each service as a widget with a name, price and photo, set your currency, time zone and guest languages, then publish it as a link you can put anywhere a guest already looks. Your front-office manager builds the page in an afternoon, so adding one new service no longer means a request to an agency and a wait of several weeks.

What you sell

Every extra.

Each offer is a widget with its own photo, description and price, grouped under headings you choose. Put everything guests already ask for in one place, so the answer at reception is never "sorry, that is not possible right now".

Upgrades & check-in

Sell room upgrades and late checkout. Guests order them before arrival, while they are still deciding what to spend on the trip. Early check-in works as a request, because it depends on the rooms free that morning, and costs 50% of the room rate.

Spa & wellness

Sell treatments, day passes and gym or pool access. Guests book while your calendar is still open, instead of asking on the day when you are already full.

Tours & transfers

Sell airport transfers, tours and experiences. You keep the full price instead of sharing it with a concierge desk or a local agency.

Dining & in-room

Sell breakfast, set menus and in-room treats. A photo and a price sell them better than a printed card that guests never read.

Special occasions

Sell birthday, anniversary and honeymoon packages. A couple adds champagne and flowers in two taps, without calling reception.

Parking, pets & extras

Sell parking, pet fees and extra beds. Every paid add-on sits in one place, so nothing is agreed verbally and then forgotten at checkout.

Orders

Order becomes task.

A guest checks out with no app and no login, the order lands in Orders, and your team turns it into a task for the right department — housekeeping, spa or the front desk — which your team moves from New to Confirmed to Completed. Nothing is lost in a messenger thread or on a sticky note, and after the shift you can see exactly who did what and when. Guests who ask before they order land in Smart Inbox.

Your margin

Keep your margin.

Priced by you

You set the price of every service and change it whenever you like. Nothing is locked to a fixed catalogue or a partner’s rate card.

Your brand, your data

Your name, your photos and your link. The guest relationship and the order history stay with the hotel.

Works with your PMS

It sits on top of the booking system you already use, so there is nothing to migrate. Run one page per hotel, or one for the whole group.

Send the link before arrival, while guests are still planning the trip. Keep it in the room as a QR code so they can order spa, dining and late checkout during the stay.

Questions

Common questions.

Do guests need to download an app or log in?

No. The storefront is a web link — guests open it in the browser, browse your offers and check out. Nothing to install, no account to create.

Can I set the page's currency and language?

Yes. You set the storefront's currency, language and time zone; guests browse your offers and see prices in your currency, with no app to download.

What can I sell on it?

Anything you'd offer at the desk — room upgrades and late checkout, spa and wellness, tours and transfers, dining, special-occasion packages, parking, pets and extras. Each is a Service widget with a photo, description and price. Early check-in works as a request: it depends on the rooms free that morning, so the desk confirms it before the guest pays 50% of the room rate.

Where do the orders go?

Into your Orders module, and then into your team's work. Every checkout becomes an order with its own reference, customer, storefront and total, and your team turns it into a task for the department that has to deliver it. Your team moves it through New, Confirmed, In progress and Completed, so nothing gets lost in a chat.

Can I have a different page per property?

Yes. Scope a storefront to a single property, or run one for the whole workspace — useful for a group with shared offers.

Can I change it after publishing?

Yes. Edit anytime — add or reorder widgets, change prices or photos — save, and the live link updates. You can unpublish whenever you like; while you build it stays a private draft.
